Coalville C.A.N STEM Activity

Three of our Year 9 Design superstars recently completed a competition entry in a special one-off afterschool Design Club for Coalville C.A.N and East Midlands STEM hub. The Bridge to the Community Challenge competition was organised by the STEM Ambassadors and the CAN Community Space in the centre of Coalville. Students were set the task of creating a bridge using limited materials and were judged on a range of criteria including aesthetics and how much weight the bridge can carry.Our students did a fantastic job with their entry.
