Holocaust Memorial Day

Today is Holocaust Memorial Day. In this week's assemblies, Mr. Schober has spoken about why it's so important that we remember the millions of people murdered in the Holocaust, under Nazi persecution, and in the genocides which followed in Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia and Darfur.The theme this year is 'ordinary people' and prompts us to consider how ordinary people, such as ourselves, can perhaps play a bigger part than we might imagine in challenging prejudice today.
