Sportsperson of the Year

A massive congratulations to our student who was awarded Sportsperson of the Year at last night's North West Leicestershire Let's Get Moving Awards.

Her citation read: "This student (aged 12) excels in her sport, regularly competing locally and nationally, not only under 13s but also under 15s gold, under 17s gold, under 18s and adult competitions, winning two national medals. She has delivered fantastic performances and exceptional results due to her attitude, determination, commitment and 100% effort on the courts."

We are all so very proud. It's great to see students succeed and demonstrate such resilience, reciprocity, resourcefulness and reflectiveness. Well done from everyone at Team Newbridge.
